This is because a healthy diet contributes to a healthy body that is able to regulate its processes and prevent cardiovascular disease (Dray). Therefo re, adding oats in nutrition that are rich in fiber serves to create a feeling of satisfaction throughout the day, which translates to reduced intake of unhealthy foods.
